报告人简介: 竹内康博，1979年在日本国立京都大学取得博士学位，现任日本青山学院大学客座教授、博士生导师，是国际著名生物数学专家，曾任日本生物数学会理事长。主要从事生物数学和传染病动力学领域的研究，尤其是时滞微分方程理论及其在生态系统和传染病中的应用研究。多年来一直致力于中日两国间生物数学研究的学术交流与合作，以及博士生和博士后的培养。主持日本文部科学省科学技术振兴会资助项目10项，其中一级A类项目一项。出版著作9本、参与章节编写的著作7本，其中英文专著3本：“Global dynamical properties of Lotka-Volterra systems”(World Scientific,1996) 、“Mathematics for Ecology and Environmental Sciences”(Springer,2007) 、“Mathematics for Life Science and Medicine”(Springer,2007)。曾在日本数学会、日本生物数学会、日本生物物理学会和日本工业与应用数学会兼职。主办或参与组织微分方程与生物数学大型国际会议多次，并作大会邀请报告。在国际SCI杂志《Journal of Theoretical Biology》、《Journal of Biological Dynamics》、《International Journal of Biomathematics》和《Mathematical Biosciences and Engineering》任副主编或编委。在《SIAM Journal on Applied Mathematics》、《Journal of Mathematical Biology》、《Bulletin of Mathematical Biology》、《Journal of Theoretical Biology》、《Mathematical Biosciences》等国际知名期刊发表学术论文200余篇，他引次数超过3000次，其中10余篇论文单篇引用超过100次。
报告摘要：In the present talk, we study a mathematical model for vector-borne plant disease with the plant resistance to disease and vector crowding effect and propose using Beddington-DeAngelis type disease transmission and incubation delay. Existence and stability of the equilibria have been studied using basic reproduction number (R0). The region of stability of the different equilibria is presented and the impact of important parameters has been discussed. The results obtained suggest that disease transmission depends on the plant resistance and incubation delay. The delay and resistance rate can stabilize the system and plant epidemic can be avoided increasing plant resistance and incubation period.
